New Song: Mondo Chaos
Gallows are playing a new song, Mondo Chaos, on the AP tour (as well as True Colours, of course). A video of the song being performed in Boston has surfaced, you can watch it below. It seems that Wade is taking a more direct approach to lyrics. Do you like it?

Wade MacNeil of Alexisonfire to front Gallows, new show announced in London
Alternative Press have announced that Wade Macneil, formerly of Alexisonfire (who announced their breakup last week) will be Gallows new frontman. You can read an excerpt from the AP article below.
"How do you think the band is different with you in it?
I definitely think I have a very, very different voice than Frank—and I mean aside from yelling, I think just the tone of my voice is going to be the one thing that’s really, really different. Even though I’ve spent a lot of the last 10 years touring England in various bands, I don’t have a British perspective for everything, so whereas the last record was definitely focused on Britain specifically, I think everything we’re going to do in the future will definitely have more of a worldview. That’s something everyone in the band can relate to, because we spent the majority of our youth traveling the world playing punk shows."
Gallows have also announced they will be playing XOYO in London on December 13th, tickets go on sale Friday.

Frank Leaving Gallows-New Frontman Will Be Found
Over the past 24 hours Gallows, Frank and his new band Pure Love have been tweeting about an announcement that would be made at Midnight. Just over an hour ago the band posted a note on Facebook explaining Frank's departure from the band and the reasons behind it.
Gallows will continue on as a band, however it can be assumed that the third record will be indefinitely delayed until the band has found a new singer.
We at Gallows News HQ will debate reporting Pure Love news on this site.

Dead Press! Posts Review of Manchester Show
The webzine Dead Press! has posted a review of Gallows show at Manchester Moho last week on their site. A brief excerpt is below:
"Before Gallows even take the stage, most of the men of the crowd remove their shirts. It’s like something from Fight Club (but we’re not meant to talk about it). They swagger onstage and instantly dive into ‘Leeches’ to which the venue erupts in a sea of jumping and moshing, as well as invading the stage. Frank looks out at the sheer havoc he has caused and merely smirks, like this is all part of his daily routine. And he’s full of ideas too, ordering people to create human pyramids, run around a venue-wide circle pit and create a wall of death the size of the room. The crowd look border line rapid, with a glint of insanity in their eyes as they mindlessly charge at each other with a huge grin on their faces."
The setlist from the show (as found on Setlist.fm) is as follows*:
Leeches
London Is The Reason
Abandon Ship
Black Eyes
The Vulture Part II
Gold Dust
I Dread The Night
Misery
In The Belly Of A Shark
Orchestra Of Wolves
The person that posted the setlist admits it may not be 100% accurate. If you can make any corrections, please email gallowsnewshq@gmail.com!

Rock Sound Posts "Classic Feature" Interview
Rock Sound has posted a Gallows interview from 2007 as part of their "Classic Features" series due to Gallows tour kickoff in Manchester last night. You can read the interview on the Rock Sound website. A short excerpt is below:
Carter stresses that every word summoned from his lungs in Gallows is entirely real, true, and relevant to his life. It’s this realness the frontman feels is sadly lacking from modern music, and he pulls no punches when assessing the efforts of other bands currently doing the rounds.
“Take Bullet For My Valentine, for example,” he says, before broadening his vitriolic vision. “Nah nah nah, not so much that. In fact take any band at the minute, what are they singing about? All their songs are hidden metaphors about suicide or death, or girls, or alcoholism. It’s ALL RUBBISH… We’ve got songs on our record about partying, right next to songs about having your head kicked in, right next to going to the dentist, right next to having your merch stolen at a show.”

#3 Preview on Thrash Hits
Thrash Hits has posted an article about what they expect Gallows third album to sound like, and when to expect it.
"They’re still the most inspirational British hardcore band around and this album will be absolutely no different. We expect perhaps a slightly simpler album this time around (read: less strings) but exactly the same amount of fury and awesomeness. They’re a great band. This will be another great album."
