Wade MacNeil of Alexisonfire to front Gallows, new show announced in London

Alternative Press have announced that Wade Macneil, formerly of Alexisonfire (who announced their breakup last week) will be Gallows new frontman. You can read an excerpt from the AP article below.

"How do you think the band is different with you in it?
I definitely think I have a very, very different voice than Frank—and I mean aside from yelling, I think just the tone of my voice is going to be the one thing that’s really, really different. Even though I’ve spent a lot of the last 10 years touring England in various bands, I don’t have a British perspective for everything, so whereas the last record was definitely focused on Britain specifically, I think everything we’re going to do in the future will definitely have more of a worldview. That’s something everyone in the band can relate to, because we spent the majority of our youth traveling the world playing punk shows."

Gallows have also announced they will be playing XOYO in London on December 13th, tickets go on sale Friday.

Three New Shows Announced

Gallows have posted that they will be playing three shows with Bastions and Brothers of the Lake in the end of June. The shows are:

Monday, 27/6 Manchester, UK at Moho Live. Tickets are £13.
Tuesday, 28/6 Leeds, UK at The Well. Tickets are £14.
Wednesday, 29/6 Briston, UK at The Fleex. Tickets are £13.

Two Italian Dates Announced!

Gallows have announced that they will be playing 2 dates in Italy in April.

Roncade, Italy, April 23rd 2011 at New Age Club

and

Cesena, Italy, April 24th 2011 at Videa Rock Club

Gallows To Play Norwegian Festivals In 2011

Gallows has announced that they are playing two Norwegian festivals this year, Slottsfjell and Bukta. We'll keep you posted on when the band is performing at the festivals!

Another special London gig!

In addition to playing Grey Britain in full on December 17th at the Electric Ballroom in London, Gallows will be playing Orchestra of Wolves in full that afternoon at Dingwalls! Tickets will be on sale soon, we will let you know as soon as they are!

Gallows to play special London show!

On December 17th Gallows will perform at the Electric Ballroom in London, according to Kerrang! At that show, Grey Britain will be played in it's entirety! Tickets go on sale this Friday, the 22nd at aloud.com.

Durham Date Announced!

Gallows has just announced that they will be playing at Live Lounge in Durham on December 13th 2010. Tickets are £13 and the show appears to be all ages. You can buy tickets from SeeTickets.
